Brybeck building in Kitchener ON is ridiculous ! Playgroup properties /starlight do not give two sh*ts about those who pay rent and live there. First, hydro sends us all a letter saying your all inclusive building is not paying the bill and we are cutting off service if they do not pay Second, no hot water now for DAYS!! Water would go out on it's own at least 3 times a month since I've lived here. Guess as long as hydro doesn't shut off the power I will boil water and sponge bath in my kitchen sink ! Third, when power has gone out, NO emergency lights anywhere ! I have reached out to everyone, literally EVERYONE from building rep, police, fire, local MP, mayors office, tribunal... Absolutely jack has been done. The city of Kitchener does not care to help find a resolution. I hope someone reads this before EVER renting from starlight / their subsidiary groups. Evil !
