Extremely Poor service from general manager Justin at our local Grand Forks ND Sam’s club

When a general manager blatantly lies about a display TV not being the same as the boxed ones. And refuses to honor the price displayed only to find out the display TV IS in fact the same and still refuses to honor the price. Not only that when confronted he admits his fault and still refuses to make things right instead boasts about his good relationship with a corporate manager and says hes confident nothing with come of this complaint speaks volumes of Justins arrogance and lack of respect he has for his customers. Very disappointed in how things were handled. Have a customer complaint in. User's recommendation: Beware of lack of respect for customers.
