Extremely rude employees. New hires keep their eyes down and don't look at you. Don't smile. Busy talking instead of working. I asked a question and they acted like I was bothering them. An All Around Unpleasant Experience. I haven't been to the Fox River Mall in 20 years and if I receive the same service the next time I go I will never shop at Scheels again. I have been in The Customer Service Industry for 47 years and going. I have 49 Five Gold Star Reviews on eBay/Mercari. I am now retired. If I ever go back to Appleton again and even witness poor customer I will be contacting you again. I've gotten people fired. I've gotten entire businesses shut down due to poor customer service.
