I waited 26 minutes for my food inside of the Braums store #214. There were 7 or 8 employees standing around talking while the screen was full with orders. The manager on duty was not helping the ONE person working in the grill area. This wait time is unacceptable and this location has really gone down hill as far as service and wait time in the past 6 months. Someone from corporate needs to address these issues. User's recommendation: Avoid this location.
