Extremely disrespectful and ruined my present to my best friend on her very special occasion

The worst experience and worst customer service ever! I still cannot believe what they have done! I paired for express shipping to receive my order fast as I was traveling overseas to attend a special occasion for my best friend and that was her present. They ruined the present and everything. They are just so careless. First they delivered the wrong items. Then when I called to say I’m traveling abroad on that date so please deliver before I leave they promised that they will do and that they have enough time. I never received anything from them and when I called to say I’m traveling tomorrow morning the representative was really careless and all what she was talking about is the wrong items that I received and how they will get them back. I kept asking her to transfer the call to a supervisor and she left me on the phone over an hour and they was back to say they don’t want to talk but they will return the money back. I kept trying to explain that it’s not the money it’s the sentimental value and that they ruined my present to my friend after me telling her about it and that I was thinking about her and got her that present with her dads name on the day he passed away. I even told her that my husband is going to postpone a trip to receive the present and ship it internationally to me. After 2 days of the date she said it’s arrive on I emailed them and said we received nothing. They gave me a wrong address in a state I don’t think I ever visited. I told them that it’s a wrong address and that they have something wrong to make 3 big mistakes on one order, so they said they will deliver ASAP to the correct address. That was more than 3 days ago. They could have delivered expensive delivery especially that payed extra for that but of course they didn’t cause they are so careless. I told them my husband is traveling on the 24th so their answer was “we will deliver on the 25th cause we haven’t shipped yet”. The worst ever and I don’t recommend them. User's recommendation: Do not buy from them. Worst customer service ever.
