Extremely disappointed
Very disappointed overall. We toured a home that had just become available for lease and put a deposit to reserve it. The home needed a lot of work (new paint, cleaning, etc.). By the time we had moved in, only a light cleaning had been done; there were ants all over the living room carpet; and whoever painted didn't cut in at the top in most places--so the beige wall color was left with about two inches of uneven white showing through at the top. Not sure who decided that was acceptable, but...anywho. Our property manager has changed four times in the time that we have been renting this home without any notification of who we are to contact. Anytime we do have a maintenance issue, it takes weeks for someone to get back to us. But I will tell you this--we were a day late in rent one month and had a three-day notice to vacate if the rent wasn't paid by a certain date. Funny how quick they show up when THEY need something! They tout about how many properties they manage and they're big reputation in the leasing business to make them seem trustworthy. Sounds to me like this greedy bunch has spread themselves too thin, if you ask me.
