EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

I had an issue with my stove top and Select home warranty sent out an appliance repair company. that was in Early March. He completely took my stove top apart, Since my stove top has cartridges, I asked him to give me a price on upgrading the stove top to glass instead of coils. HE NEVER CAME BACK, after 7 calls, I called SHW, several times, and they couldn't find another person to come by to repair and that I should find my own person. so I did, now they want to see pictures and serial numbers. THREE MONTHS LATER, and I STILL HAVE NO STOVE TOP, my Air conditioning went out, TWO units and two claims filed, there is a leak in one of them (which isn't covered) and the other unit needs a new compasitor. now they say they can't find the claim for that unit, after they had it YESTERDAY. you think COVID 19 is stressful? they are MUCH WORSE User's recommendation: USE SOMEONE ELSE< ANYONE ELSE BUT NOT SELECT HOME WARRANTY, if you have them, CANCEL it, and use another one, it's not worth the stress.
