Extremely Annoyed I Haven’t Received a refund

Booking Ref: I was told I would receive a refund in cash to my bank account, as requested. Your email dated 12th July said this would be in my account within 10 days. I still haven't received this refund. Please can you ensure this is returned to me ASAP otherwise I will be taking further action. Also- there is no email address on the lastminute website, only a phone number which is not being answered and no queueing facility, just get cut off after automated messages. I asked for a full refund and found a 'credit note' with the booking, only after scouring through the booking into 'invoices'. This was a lot of money that I requested back to my account, and it still hasn't been returned to me. Janina Bradshaw
