Extra payment taken

I sent an e card to my friend - because I couldn't go out because of Covid. I paid £2.99 for what I thought was one card, then this month I noticed £2.99 taken off my account, a small amount but very annoying. I went on their website and could find nowhere to cancel the payment. I am not very tech savvy so the mistake is probably mine things should be made clearer I was certain I had only ordered 1 card. The card itself was fine f a bit expensive. User's recommendation: Take great care.
