Extra Charges on my on transfer

My Membership ID: P1589**** My debit card is issued in India from Thomas Cook and not in US but my card currency is in USD. I believe, the extra charges are applicable for non USD card but my card currency is in USD. While making the transfer, I have been charged extra amount, which I'm not comfortable. Please advise if these extra changes can be waived for any future transfer so that I can continue the transfer.
