25 july 16:13 i was at cold storage jelita cashier counter and was served by cashier with ID 246. After scanning n paying for my goods, i suspect one of my item double charge. Due to the long queue i went home. After reaching home i took out all items which i bought n double check again. Confirmed that it was double charged for my post great grains cereal $6.20. I called jelita storage many times nobody pick up the phone.....i even called main customer service line...voice message nobody attend to this issue. I hope cold storage can handle this issue asap. Thank you
