Expressions VIP club welcome package

On Feb 20, 2021, I ordered from Expressions catalog, order #R106****.I also accepted to join the Expressions VIP club along with the order. The latter did not get generated to the Expressions VIP club.HELP??? I need to get my membership ID#?? HELP.???? I also never received a Welcome package??? User's recommendation: Make sure if you sign up for VIP club they follow up with the membership.
