Express till

We waited forever at the express till during the lunchtime rush as someone was transacting something that should of been done at the money market, and to top it off there was a mistake made and we had to wait even longer. I ended up just leaving everything and walked out. Shouldn't the supervisor/manager advise the tellers at express tills not to do those transactions there especially lunch time.
