Sir, My name is Debojit Das and I am from Assam. I write this letter to inform you regarding exploitation and mental harassment of my wife Mrs. Pinky Baruah at DPS, Digboi, Assam. She was initially appointed as an assistant teacher -commerce on 22nd May 2009 on contractual for more than 03 years on renewal basis and then as PRT -Commerce from 1st September 2012 in this school after the clearing the recruitment process as per Advisement. She was teaching classes at senior secondary level (i.e. class 11th and 12th) since 2009. But the designation doesn't meet the job responsibility. During these years, every time she asked regarding the same to the principals, they tried ignore the matter by verbally assuring that the case was presented to senior officials and very soon a positive outcome will come. But there is no such any outcome till now. Now, the present Principal use to allot her any subject of his wish. So, she feels that all the Principals exploited her at work since 2012. In addition to that they mentally harassed her by giving false assurance to her during these years. This whole matter made her so depressed that she could not concentrate on any other activities, she may take pernicious decision. We have two little kids in our family. I feel that because of her depression the kids are also suffering indirectly. So, I am compelled to directly inform you regarding her mental harassment as well as exploitation at work in DPS, Digboi, Assam, I shall be thankful to you for your early action in this matter.
