What a shame that people have such negative reviews but honesty is what we need to rely on to make an experience better for the next person in the future because the first thing you think of is the expense and I don't blame you. Some people are not made for customer service which is annoying if and when you came across this but such is life these things happen and many products have lost credit where credit is due because of it. I have just bought a Professional set from Salad Master because it was the taste test of the bicarb soda from different cookware, flavour and the business side of it that sold it for me. I realized that this is gonna be a new way of cooking and because I had lost my passion for cooking, Salad Master has bought this back for me. The demonstration food is that only, but for people that have a passion for food could definitely bring out that best from Salad Master from any culture which is what I intend to do. I watched a lot of YouTube demo's so that I could bypass the effect of burning my expensive cookware from people with experience because I know I probably would until I got used to it (Partly because I have a *** stove :-( but this is gonna change.) I recommend that everyone that purchases this product to do this because of the lack of experience you need a professional to show you how. Cooking is a common thing but when your not use to something new you have to practise or seek advice and that is why Salad Master has a open house for demonstration purposes. (Sorry for those that don't have this privilege.) Maybe we just got to use to the cheap stuff that we got good at it, but personally, I don't want to be absorbing any of that into my body anymore. Could you please try some of the advice given here then try reviewing the product again because I believe in this product and know I'm not brainwashed because I see the benefits in the health side of it especially when you consider that this material is surgically used. The expense for me was that I paid for starting a business which will pay for itself unlike a lot of purchases we may make in our lifetime. New Kitchens are cosmetic compared to the cookware that we eat from, yet like they say we spend so much on new kitchens. Salad Master is awesome and so are people that I have come to know. Cheers.
