I was told that there was a physical issue with the line that leads to my street. Ok. Fine. That was "fixed". For 48 hours, service was OK. Not great but OK. After 2 days, it was out again. I would have internet for 4 hours and the none for 3 hours, then on again, off again. They sent a guy again to fix MORE of what was wrong. They were actually on my street, so I had faith. We were good for about a month, now today, it is off and on again all day. Can't stay connected for longer than 30 mins. A gust of wind seems to be the issue. I wish I could just use my horrible cell LTE to run my office. I could punt-kick CCI right into the dumpster. How ironic that I went to submit this review and my connection went down. User's recommendation: Stay away : If I could give 1/8 star, I would.
