exchanging propane tanks for barbecue at JANE AND WILSON LOCATION

1

went to service station to leave empty tank went to the cashier and was given a key to open lock where tanks were located. I was told to choose any one I wanted. One week later we installed the full tank to the barbecue but no gas was coming out. We brought the tank back to petro where we purchased it and explained the tank was not working. The manager was very rude to me told me that I should have checked it right away there is nothing he can do. We went to another propane outlet on keele st check the tank and told us it was not a full tank but it still should be working. Now we are really upset not only did we get a tank half full but a tank that does not work. We went back to the jane and wilson petro and told the manager again he would not help us. We are not looking for a free tank of propane but we want what we payed for. The reason we did not check the tank because we did not do barbece until today. My husband is 78 and I and 71 we did not need this aggravation. We have been using petro for 20 I never had this happen to us.I think the company has lost all it respect with me. We are very upset they way they handled the problem.
