Exchanges that I haven’t received

Order number--9879**** was delivered on May 17th as I needed another size was mailed back to Appleseed's on May18th. today your recording said that I was getting a refund then said one item would be sent in August--- at this point I'm really ready to return all items---would someone please tell me what is going on with my order.
