I went in to buy dinner and the customers in front of me became verbally abusive towards the associate when she politely told them she didn't have change for a $100 bill. She handled the situation PERFECTLY, but the gentleman was still belligerent and called her a *** b1%$#". She told him to have a great day as he stormed out and flipped her off. She handled herself with composure and poise in a difficult situation. I truly hope that management is empowering these employees to ban abusive customers; no one in retail should have to deal with this sort of behavior. User's recommendation: Be an ally and speak up if it is safe for you to do so. Don't allow this behavior to continue and hold yourself and others accountable.
