I read the small print and asked questions before I signed...recently used my warranty for a repair. my service center called ASC directly and within minutes my claim was approved, I even received a text stating so. NO, they don't pay everything, but what IS paid for, is in writing on the contract. I think that is why they advise you to get an estimate over to them, that way they can tell you what will and what wont be covered, no surprises. Also, dont forget...What car dealers say, isn't always true, so always call to verify any service offered for charge, i.e, alarms, paint coating, etc. Knowledge is key!
