I have purchased a microphone set from www.hifi-tower.co.uk six months ago and recently it broke. I hardy used it, and did nothing wrong! I'm disappointed I ordered from this website. When I contacted Hifi-Tower customer service they said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund but they said that I was responsible for that and that the whole thing was my fault. These people do not stand behind their products and they do not respect their customers! Wasted over $100 on that set!
