Dear Sirs, I have booked 2 tickets on Eventbrite with the following details: Order for Kingsday - Mark Knight All Knight Long Order #[protected] for €22.70 purchased on Feb 15, 2018 Friday, April 27, 2018 at 9:00 PM - Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 5:00 AM (CEST) 1019 BM Amsterdam I have noticed that the event referred to above has been cancelled by the club but not on Evenbrite site yet. My questions are: 1- If the event is cancelled, why can't i get a refund amounted to 22.70 Euros? 2- Why didn't the organiser announce the event cancellation on his site (Eventbrite.com) 3- If there is another event with the same type of music (House and Techno), why is it not announced? 4- In case, there is another event with the same type of music, shall i have access to the club with the same tickets of the event cancelled in case i want to go?
