Just when I thought this problem was sorted out, I get another jolt, this time to my bank account! The first charge was on 1/9/21 for $51.49 which should have been $34.35. The second entry is for a refund of $27.33 on 1/12/21. Then they turn around on 1/12/21 and take yet another $34.35 from my account. On top of all of that, they sent a packing slip with the sign I ordered for someone in McKinney, Texas. All of this, and I still haven't looked at my bank account yet today. Come on, this is simple math! I just checked my bank account and it remains the same. I love Michael's and have spent literally thousands of dollars there over the years for silk flowers, vases etc. for my silk flower oriented business. I will most likely stay with them, however, Hobby Lobby is starting to look better all the time. User's recommendation: Scrutinize your invoices and bank accounts!
