Even after a sure fire way of verifying who I am It still won’t let me redeem my amount

I completely a bunch of surveys on the survey junkie app and received enough coins to cash out. When I got ready to cash out, the app informed me that I need to verify my identity. Cool, right, no problem, however they refused to let me sign up for the call queue which would have been wayyyyy faster than sitting waiting 7 business days for a post card. Anyway, I had I wait for the card to come in the mail. 7 days later I receive the card type in the 12 digit verification code and now it is telling me I have to call
