One day when I went to turn on the vacuum in the sun from the window I noticed a huge spray of dust coming from the air vents. Turned it off and tried again, same thing. I had just cleaned the entire vacuum and filter. This vacuum is a danger to your health. I called the company and all they said was that they recommend you buy a new filter every 6 months. I clean the filter every week! Their customer care is not worth the phone call. That is the last Eureka I buy! There are better vacuums out there that actually vacuum.
