After I changed Home insurance companies, SLS made payments to both the new company and the old one causing a shortage of $2015.00. They admitted the mistake but refuse to return the money to my account. Their message center tells me I have to call. When I call I get transferred to other departments in a loop that starts over again. It feels like my mortgage is being serviced by a mental hospital and the patients are running the asylum.
