We have had the downdraft along with the Dacor cooktop for 2.5 years and paid $5824.15 for both units. Worked great until yesterday when it made a grinding noise and the vent refused to go up. I tried to get the part #DA-701336 and was told that it's been on back order for a year and no parts are scheduled to come from the factory at all since it was bought out by Samsung. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! User's recommendation: DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING DACOR.
