Errors sometimes pop up on the site
The service of this online store is excellent and when I’m placing an order during a call to the operator, I never had any problems. In this case, it is enough to select a product (if I doubt some parameters, then the consultant patiently talks about all the nuances and helps to decide what I need), name its code, indicate the address to which I want to deliver the goods and that’s all, I can wait for my order. But when I place an order on their website myself, I don’t get it right the first time. Probably, the functionality works well for them, but since I’m not a very experienced Internet user, it’s difficult for me to deal with all the nuances. It would be much easier if detailed instructions with detailed screenshots were added to the site. And so for now it’s easier for me to place an order with the operators’ help.
