Error problem

For 5 days I've been trying to get an order for a birthday card for my nephew birthday ,keep trying to Add to order ComeS up upload error . tried repeatedly and Can't get any one to help or sort this out get emails telling me ,have only so many days to send this before his birthday . Really need this to be sorted Please .
