My credit card statement had some errors from banks side in April 2019 which i have highlighted to the customer care agent in the beginning of May 2019 itself. The customer care agent confirmed the error that was IT issue & advised the same will be sorted in the next statement. She even confirmed all the charges related to this issue will be refunded and there will not be any negative effects due to this issue. Even after several reminders, the problem not yet sorted and my credit score and all dignities got affected. Now i am getting the threatening messages and calls from Mashreq bank collection department that they are going to deposit the security cheque and there will be travel ban on me.
