Error code 103 message

Hi i'm new to top hatter. I downloaded the app earlier today and have won a few bids, but now it refuses to log me in or let me do anything. It just keeps saying error code 103, i've tried restarting my phone uninstalling the app then reinstalling it and it still will not let me do anything.
