It requires a ink pad replacement. Printer is working perfectly but because of the error message I can no longer print. Epson will not allow me to print without going to THEIR SERVICE CENTER thus insuring that they make money. This is a scam directed at their customers to insure their profit. Sorry but I will not be part of a scam to screw me out of money . Unit will be dumped in the garbage never again to buy or recommend a Epson product. Only dictators give you demands and no choices.
