Enrollment as a Merchant Complaint
I like to speak to someone senior in the organization regarding my experience onboarding as food panda merchant. I have enrolled previous after being approach by Louis Chee. My shop was not setup in your website after i completed the onboarding and receiving the device. I submitted an escalation under your resolution and make numerous attempts to reach out to Louis but he did not acknowledge and get back to me. This is clearly a case of bad onboarding and I want to escalate this issue to someone of a senior rank to provide feedback on my bad experience. Please contact me again.
