I think I pd. around $300 for this self-propelled, battery, mulching mower from Poulan in 2017. It has been nothing but an endless money pit on repairs/replacements. First, the PLASTIC carb. was replaced after 2 years because being close to the heat source, it started to melt!! I have also had two $50 tune-ups by a mower repairman this summer alone, plus several $25 fix-its by my handyman, &;;;;;; same handyman has cut my yard at least 6 or more times ($25 each) this summer when my mower was not working & my grass needed mowing. I think this summer alone I have paid more than the original price for the 3 yr. mower in repairs, &;amp; this does not include the prior 3 summers! If you see any piece of equipment marked POULAN, run fast in the opposite direction--do not buy it!!
