Do they have a quality control in this bank at all? I usually receive a notification where I can rate the customer support. It happens even with a tiny service, let alone a major bank. I wanted to file a complaint on the horrible customer service I have received. They totally misinformed me on the travel notice policy and did not give a chance to set the travel notice properly. I felt I was duped and now I cannot even complain on them. I do not remember the name of the operator who took my call and do not know how to proceed with the complaint.
