Encore Payment Systems Credit Card Processor Ripping Me Off

I am a small independant business struggleing through this bad economy. I have Encore Payment Systems as my credit card processor I originally had a Nurit Credit Card Machine at my business. That one broke so i sent it back and got a replacement. 8 months the replacement nurit machine was not working right either. I had a digital phone line with a analog machine. So Encore Payment Systems Convinced me to get a new digital credit card terminal. I got a new termanal. Now my Rep at Encore said" You can keep the nurit terminal as a extra machine and even use it if you go to a customers house on the road and hook it into their phone line to take payments". This machine was owned by me as my property from a previous processor before i even signed with Encore to begin with. Now 10 months or so later i have a withdraw out of my business account for $582.20 with no warning at all!!! I called Encore Payment System and they said: It was a fee because i did not return my credit card terminal" They are doing very little about me and they keep twisting their facts when i speek to them. I am struggleing right now and this ordeal made my account a negative balance which is costing me more overdraft fee's. I am very upset and the company should do the right thing and refund me the money they took.
