In early December, I ordered a portable air pump from Toime as a Christmas gift. The order was confirmed and supposed to be shipped between 3 and 15 days. When it hadn't arrive by January 3, I contacted the vender and, after a couple of weeks, I received a response with a note telling me how to track the shipment. Again, I got the message that it was not shipped yet but would be shipped in between 3 and 15 days. I followed up in a couple of weeks and got a personalized response from the vender apologizing and telling me to track the shipment via a link provided. Still the message that the shipment was being processed and should arrive in between 3 and 15 days. Getting an e-mail addressing the problem was encouraging, but the results were just the same.
