Employee very rude

Ask for a bag of ice and she got very smart with said "we not selling today". I ask why/or what the problem was and she got smart with me again. I drove over 6 miles to get there. This was Store in Greer's Ferry, AR. From now on I will drive the 13 miles to Clinton, AR. They have nicer service better food and drinks. User's recommendation: Change the people & teach them how to serve warm burgers.
