Manager Cathy uses passive aggressive behavior on people who do not live up to her expectations. She tried to guilt trip me into not leaving my shift early multiple times when I was in a lot of pain and on the verge of injuring myself. No signs of empathy just guilt trips with talk about how she was in pain also. There is no way for her to know if we are in the exact same amount of pain, but she compared her pain to mine as if it was equal to hers at the time and used that as her reasoning for guilt tripping me into suffering through more pain. She would directly accuse me of faking the pain or put words in my mouth of the same sort to accuse me in a passive aggressive manner. On top of all my physical suffering, I had to endure this mental suffering at the exact same time, all because she did not believe that I was really suffering. She will not engage in reasonable back and forth conversations about her expectations and/or treatment of employees. She only wants people to listen to her talk and agree with everything she says. She is not sincere in her dealings with people. She goads people she doesn't like with passive aggressive behavior. She gives unreasonable expectations and then shames you for not living up to them. She gives fake compliments where the sentence begins to sound friendly, but then there is a judgement at the end that shows how she was not really complimenting you. She was just lifting you up to bring you down right after to try to make her rude comments hurt you more. I am very angry about the amount of unnecessary suffering that I had to endure because of her abusing her position of power against me. I plan to file as many complaints as I can until she is fired or removed from her position of power.
