We had went to the dds in Montclair and employee by the name of Devan was very rude and sarcastic. On sign Outside of the dds store it said Tuesday was open an hour earlier for seniors and people with a high medical risks and when A senior had called to let them know it was 9:10 that employee by the name of devan came out and was like we are having technical difficulties so you all need to wait and i am a person with a higher medical risk and when we asked him when it was going to open up for people for the hour early people he said well do you want me fix the problem or put a sign on the door? Very rude so then we asked for his name and he was like here you go and holds his badge up very sarcastic, like if you dont like your job and dont have good customer service then why are you working in this type of field
