I worked for a company that used BBSI's services. They were used to streamline services and save on their bottom line by saving in the Workers Comp insurance. If you work for a company that uses BBSI and are unfortunately injured on the job, be prepared to be screwed. When your doctor puts in a request for some needed treatment to the Workers Comp insurance be prepared to wait a long time to get any type of response. They're supposed to respond in a timely fashion, but from my experience it can go months without a approve/denial and you or your attorney will need to be persistent and even then that doesn't make things go any faster. I've been under their care for 6.5 years and it's pathetic! Knowing what I know now I would steer clear of any company using BBSI.
