We get fast line we wait our time to ride the game inside of howards I saw two adolescents between 16 - 15 years old they jump our places in front of us with no fast ticket then jump next to the regular line the attendant was aware of that I told him he ignore me because he saw the same thing as others as soon as noticed to Danny (short guy black hair) he was unpolite after he received my complaint he didn't let me finish to propose something important he literally told me "They're just young a child what do you want me to do I mean I'm not they parent ..." shame on the service with this guy! And the other color one (the first one I told about those adolescents and told me ONE MINUTE) he saw the same thing as the other dozens of people that was waiting, we paid for the time here... the fact that your employees ignore this type of situation for fun for be cool with their friends or any reason. Today's experience gave us a clear idea that service is in the hands of people like those guys who attend us and was unpleasant for me. We paid for 4 fast tickets. My email [protected]@gmail.com.
