Employee argued with me in front of a lot of customers

I want to make a complaint to one of your ICON parking at 257-259 West 47th street, NY, NY (212) 262-**** . On Saturday, Sept 14 2019, I went to pick up my car around 6.30 pm but saw a lot of people in parking lot waiting for their cars. I asked one of the customers what happened. He said elevator was broken. I am a street fair vendor and I sold sterling silver jewelries on that day. I decided to walk out from parking lot because I was worried about my value staffs on the street would be stolen even though I asked some vendors to watch for me. One hour later I decided to walk back to the garage, but still saw many people there. I asked one of the employee for how long would it take and he said by 9 pm. I walked back two blacks away to where my staffs and waited on street expecting that the elevator would be fixed before 9 pm during this time I walked back and checked it I could pick up my car. By 9 pm, I called the parking lot and I heard the elevator was fixed. I walked back again. I was disappointed when I saw many people there. I could not wait and could not give my ticket to the attendant because I was worried about my staffs on street. I came back again at 10 pm; there were some people but not as many as before. I asked the attendant if he could give me my car before any one because I left my staffs on street. I explained him about my situation. He opened the office door and yelled at me and spoke loud that if I wanted to get my car before them then I should ask from those customers. The way how he came out from his office and let everybody heard his voice and showed that he tried to do the right thing made me upset a lot. When it was at ICON company garage elevator got broken, so it was at company fault and if I was trying to explain my situation already, but the employee announce that I had to wait like every body. Please understand that I had value staffs and those products are my income for entire year $30,000-$40,000, if they would be stolen who are responsible? I told him that I would sue your company if my products would be stolen because I already explain him about this. I told him that if I did not have my staff leaving on the street I could have wait like everyone else, but he did not care but opened his office door and let people heard his voice and me arguing each other. I gave my ticket but did not get my car and the elevator got broken for second time. I told him I had to see my staff on the street again and would come back. That day I left the parking lot around 10.30 pm. Do you know that I was on at the street fair at 8 am all day long and but got my car back after 10 pm. I really felt frustrated, worried and got angry at this employee so much. I got back home 11.30 pm because I live in Staten Island. I called the parking lot and wanted to find out his name. He answered the phone and told me I am crazy and hung the phone at me. I kept calling and he did not want to answer the phone. Until one employee picked up the phone and pretended that he could not understand English and hung the phone. I called back on Sunday morning and found that his name . I called and explained to his manager about my bad experience with this employee. His manager apology to me but I am not satisfied with his apology because I am not sure if they are friends. I was so worried and nervous for my products leaving on the street and felt frustrated for not getting my car. All my income is with my products. This employee did not show that he cares but kept holding my car and kept arguing with me in front of his customers that he was rights.
