Email theft/scam: Will not remove my email from someone else’s account (I am not their customer)

1

For a few years now I have received transaction emails from BRI bank, as someone else has used my email address in their account (and BRI bank did not verify that that person had control of the email address, as they could not have, as it is mine). I have numerous times asked them to remove my email and stop sending me the transaction emails. They refuse to read the emails and usually answer something completely unrelated, or they ask me for information that is not mine to give and is unrelated to the issue. Like my mothers phone number, or transaction details for my accounts (what does my mother have to do with this, or what does my accounts in a different bank on the other side of the earth have to do with this? For every transaction email I receive from them, I forward it to their support email address and ask them to remove my email address, lately they have just started to send me empty replies. I live on the other side of the world, I have no reason to or any desire to have any dealings with this very suspect company in Indonesia.
