Email stated y’all are going to bill me. My account has been closed for almost 4 years

My account was shutdown 4years ago. Pics deleted, payment stopped. Reced email at about 12:30 pm that they are going to charge my credit card for a $119.00 dollars as a new customer sign up. Ive contacted my attorney and the FBI and have sent them copies of the email User's recommendation: Don’t trust. My pics and profile was shutdown, pics deleted.
