Ellis and Burlington scam my money

My name is Mohamed i was contact Ellis and Burlington to recover my money and they told they can recover my money but i have to pay 400 EUROS also they told if they can't recover my money they will refund my 400 EUROS but unfortunately they didn't recover my money also they said me after 2 weeks we can't recover your money and we will not refund your money so they have been scam totally
