For over two year now this dishonest firm and their dishonest management has been in theft of traders funds. Mine included. I know of over 20 traders who are owed money by this firm and their CEO, Charlie Vaccaro. The company has made countless broken promises to pay back this stolen money, all to no avail. The SEC, FINRA, and the NY District Attorneys office have all been notified and Element continues to be under investigation. I have email chains going back over two years with the principals and their broken promises. Beware Element Trading, now known as UTRM. Google this firm for yourself and see what so many on Wall St. have had to say about this disreputable company!!!!
