Had a basic question and discovered that CanAm, a $3B company has no technical support department available to consumers. A guy in customer service made little attempt to answer my question and then gave ame a phone number for a nearby CanAm shops service department. Of course they made little attempt to answer my question and directed me to bring in my UTV for diagnostics. Pathetic, a company this Big has no technical support for its customers. User's recommendation: I got more help from Google and YouTube than CanAm.
