Dear Hanes - you have been a reliable brand for cotton undies for many years. Have recommended your brand to many women. Not anymore. Your elastic band began to unravel on first wash - on all the pairs that I purchased a month and 1/2 ago. After 4 washes, yards of the elastic thread have unraveled. No longer wearable. Same washer I have been using for years and all pairs were line dried. Why is this happening? Your brand was so durable until recently. I think you need to re-spec and re-source your waistband elastic. Linda Limback, MN User's recommendation: Try a different brand until Hanes resources their elastic.
