Either rebook or cancel with nno fees

Booking # H99CV9 nov 15,2020 on Carnival Freedom. For David Nelson and Janice Nelson. My company that employs me has put restrictions that we as employees cannot travel out of the US by any means whether cruise ship, airline, rail or car. This restriction does not look like it will be removed in the next few months. This means we cannot travel on the booked cruise in Nov. Do to the Covid 19 situation and the increasing number that are occurring in many states may cause more restrictions to be but into place. I am hoping that your company could see to rescheduling us to a later date without any penalty or fees. If possible we would like to reschedule a cruise on Feb 7th on the Freedom out of Galveston suite #7333 We have cruised with Carnival 16 times and hope that some allowance could be made. Please show some leweay and not charge us a re booking or transfer fee. Thank you David Nelson 405-381-****
